Similar to a vehicle, continual maintenance is essential to the longevity and health of your water feature. It may be time to pay some attention to the filter and pump, prune the decaying plants, scoop out debris & algae, and more.

Do you need help with adding plants to your pond or water feature? We can help with an assortment of aquatic plants for every space.

PUMP & FILTRATION UPGRADE

As everything in life ages naturally, so does your pump and filter. When you think your pond or water feature isn’t functioning as well as it used to, or if you’re tired of rinsing the filters every week, it may be time for an upgrade or a couple of small improvements to make a big difference.

TUBING OR LINER REPAIR

You begin to notice a loss of water that seems greater than normal evaporation. We can inspect your pond or water feature to help find the source of the leak, commonly associated with the tubing or liner, and repair it as necessary.

FALL PREP & WINTERIZATION

You may not need a Fall cleaning, but are interested in having your pond or water feature prepped for Winter to minimize the muck and plant debris that will accumulate from November through February. We will prune and trim all plants, clean the pump and filters, remove debris from inside the pond, place a de-icer, and can net the pond if interested.

BEFORE WE START

We will visit your property to assess, diagnose, and devise a strategy to get your water feature in tip-top shape and ensure it stays that way.

WE’LL GET TO WORK

Based on your type of Fountain or Water Feature, we will clean it by draining the existing water and removing debris, pressure washing, refilling, and restoring your water feature to its original splendor. If we have recommended any additional pumps, filters, or UV lights, we will also make sure these are installed correctly during the cleaning and in working order prior to leaving

UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN

We recommend regular care and maintenance to keep your water feature beautiful. Before we leave, we will know how to care for it until our next visit.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND...

In our region, it is best to have an early Spring clean-out combined with monthly, or bi-monthly maintenance visits throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall, followed by a Winterization visit or Fall Cleaning in November or December.
